Partisan Pundits are people who hold prominent political positions working up the newsroom ladder are able to achieve celebrity status, hence are regarded as celebrity journalists. Their popularity is built primarily from mainstream political media organizations and uses new media to enhance their popularity. Checkbook Journalism involves in the process when money are paid to the informant of the information. Due to the high costs of news, checkbook journalism is often regarded as the economic alternative of publishing or going by the conventional segment which is an interview recorded in a studio and tracking a story on location. However criticims of such method in journalism are that it threatens the fundemental credibility of news. [1]
