How to embed a ppt slideshow

  • 1. Open the ppt file in MS Powerpoint and save it in PNG format.
  • 2. You will be asked if you want to export every slide or just the current slide. Choose "Every Slide."
  • 3. Each of your ppt slides is saved a separate image file in a new folder. The slides are named slide1.png, slide2.png. Make sure they end up in the right order for the slideshow. :)
  • 4. Upload the pictures to a new PicasaWeb album. Now you can open the album webpage and click slideshow to see how it looks.
  • 5. On the album page, click the "embed slideshow" link at the left, copy the selected text and paste into your blog, wiki, webpage, etc. You get a thumbnail flash slideshow of the ppt.
